Hospitality has three sides that rarely have an easy way to find each other. Establishments need staff and outside expertise. Professionals need consistent, well-matched work. Specialists — photographers, trainers, brand and social specialists, musicians — need establishments who value what they do. And sometimes a Specialist is also an establishment looking for staff themselves; we don't force anyone into a rigid box.
We charge a clear coordination fee, not a markup on labour. Work and payment arrangements are always agreed directly between the parties we connect.
We saw too many talented professionals stuck in long job hunts — and too many establishments left short-staffed at the worst possible moments.
